Starting Salary £9.80 per hour

Annualised hours working 8.30am – 2.30pm, four days on and four days off (24 hours per week)

Temporary position – up to one year

 

An opportunity has arisen to join us in the temporary role of Cook, working alongside our housing staff as well as carers.   You will responsible for preparing a two course nutritious and tasty midday meal for our elderly residents and ensuring the kitchen and dining room are operated in an efficient manner and in accordance with all current legislation and guidelines concerning the preparation and handling of food.

The role is based at Gladstone House in Newark, however there may be occasions when you are required to work at another nearby site.

Previous professional employment as a cook is essential and you will hold a Food Hygiene Certificate.
