Job Description

  • East Suffolk, Fenland, Breckland and West Suffolk Councils
  • Location: Offices in Lowestoft NR32 1HH, Woodbridge IP12 1RT, Thetford IP24 1BT, Bury St. Edmunds IP33 3YU or March PE15 5TX
  • Salary: Starting from £25,146 per annum
  • Hours: Full time
  • Contract: Permanent and Fixed Term Contract until March 2028

What you'll need

  • Team player and can work on own initiative
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
  • Monitor client accounts to check payments received
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accurately update computer systems and records
  • Keep up in a fast-paced partnership environment
  • Liaise with other departments, Citizens Advice and Department for Work and Pensions
  • Ability to work from home where necessary
  • Could be required to travel to Thetford for training although a full programme of remote e-training is currently in place.
