Job Description

CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR AT RAF ASSOCIATION LEICESTER LE3 1UT

Salary: £9.60 - £10.10 per hour 22.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday 1.30pm – 6pm

 Our busy Contact Centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to help us make sure serving and veteran RAF personnel (and their families) get the help and support they deserve.

Requirements of Customer Care Advisor

  • GCSE’s grade C or above or equivalent experience working within a busy customer service / contact centre environment
  • Experience of delivering high quality customer care
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Experience in using CRM systems or similar databases
  • Proven track record of handling large volumes of inbound/outbound calls in a sensitive manner
  • Previous experience of processing financial transactions

 Responsibilities of Customer Care Advisor

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and offer advice via multi-channel communications
  • Action and distribute all enquiries in a warm and sensitive manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Undertake administration of monetary donations and related supporter response information
  • Process RAFATRAD orders and manage day to day enquiries
