In this role you will join the Customer Analysis team within Customer, Marketing and Strategy. Your focus will be providing insight, reporting and evaluation to help the team reach their objectives. You will utilise Agile methodology to develop and execute the Retail Bank's Customer Engagement Strategy.

Evaluating customer and product data to inform strategic decisions
Responding to enquiries, working with stakeholders to deliver customer centric business solutions
Maintaining stakeholder relationships
Preparing regular Management Information (MI) reports with relevant data
Contributing to the bank's data strategy
What you'll bring.
Ability to develop and deliver analysis/regular reporting that has resulted in customer centric decisions that achieve business objectives
Some experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, Spark, Base SAS etc. and
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience of MS Office Suite including Excel & PowerPoint
Understanding of the customer and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decision making
Commercial and customer experience knowledge across Products, Channels & Segments
What else you need to know.
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
The role can be based from any location, you will be required to travel quarterly to attend a team meeting / off site event
