Casual Administration / Customer Service

Here at Serco we are looking for Business Support Administrators to join our team at Peterborough City Council on a casual contract.
As Business Support Administrator you will manage diaries, arrange appointments, meetings and interviews. You will Co-ordinate responses to correspondence and complaints received, use and maintain accurate records, systems, database and spreadsheets alongside producing accurate minutes ranging from action points to complex minutes.
You will also take queries both by telephone, inbound and outbound and email.
What you'll need to do the role
We are looking for candidates that have experience in Finance, HR/Recruitment, customer Service or Administration. You will also hold the ability to deal with difficult customers ad use your own initiative.
Many of our temporary workers have gone onto fixed term or permanent contracts so this is a good opportunity to kick start your career in administration.
