We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues for a Full-Time position (35 hours) with a starting Salary Package of £20,520, this is made up of a base salary £18,820, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus opportunity, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance. This also offers the attractive option of Hybrid working, combining both remote and office based work in Bradford.

You'll be part of a close-knit Customer Service Adviser team at the heart of giving our customers a fantastic and memorable experience.

A Customer Service Adviser will provide an experience that is second to none. This service is essential in helping customers during financially difficult times

  • Assisting customers find the right financial solutions for their needs to help their financial wellbeing example repayment arrangements

  • Sharing best practice with colleagues, utilising our internal procedures - I Exchange and Communities to share opportunities to improve, and escalating where barriers need to be removed

  • Delivering on customer requests, following our processes to safely complete key updates

What else you need to know.

The working hours are currently between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm Saturdays, you will work on rotation, 5 days across Mon to Sat.

This is a hybrid working Customer Service Adviser role within our Financial Support Centre of Excellence. When in the office, you'll be working in the bustling centre of Bradford just one minute from the Bradford interchange, or a five-minute walk from our nearest train station.
