Salary: £17,943 depending on skills and experience

Working Pattern: 12-month fixed term contract | Full Time with flexible working patterns available

What is the Role?

SSE Airtricity has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our proud team.

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is intrinsic to the success of SSE Airtricity. We are looking for individuals who are confident, articulate, and determined to succeed in a professional working environment, and quite simply you will be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand.

You will be taking general enquires calls from our customers with a diverse range of questions and needs so you will need to be able to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to your customers' requests.

What do I need?

We are looking for people with Customer Service experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity, who are passionate about delivering customer service excellence at all times. History of working in a compliant and target-based environment would be an advantage.

As numbers form a large part of this role, we will require you to have analytical and reconciliation skills alongside effective communication skills (verbal and written).

Confidence with computers is advantageous as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment.

The successful applicant will be organised, have exceptional attention to detail, a strong problem-solving ability and be customer and quality-focused.
