Cater Allen offers a dedicated and professional private banking service to personal, business and specialist clients. It's all about providing our customers with an experience that's second to none. In this contact centre role we'll invest in you to be the best that you can be, so you can do just that.

  • Assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries

  • Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe

  • Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary

  • Using various systems to ensure all queries raised are fully answered, ensuring the account is accurately updated to reflect conversations

What you'll bring.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (such as articulate, clear, good listening/questioning skills, showing empathy where appropriate)

  • Strong computer and numeracy skills with the ability to navigate around multiple systems at pace

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Problem solving skills (real solutions, not just short-term fixes)

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained

  • Desire to proactively develop your skills and apply your knowledge to be the best you can be

  • Flexible, approachable and works well under pressure

What else you need to know.

Based in Sheffield, we're recruiting full-time roles at 35 hours per week. That means you'll work five seven-hour rotational shifts, between 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 18:00 Saturday and Sunday.

How we'll reward you.

In addition to your salary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs

  • Starting salary of £19,500

  • 24/7 access to an online employee discount platform including retailers, entertainment, eating out, travel and more

  • Share in Santander's success by investing in our share plans

  • Support your favourite causes through charitable giving and our community partnerships
