Our prestigious client is looking for a Customer Service advisor based in Sheffield with some remote working opportunities. You will receive 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birhtday off every year.
You’ll help the customers with their TV, broadband, home phone or mobile phone services, handling a range of queries from customers, including technical and fault reports, to bill payments and credit issues - aiming for smiles all round.
You’ll spot opportunities to promote amazing products and services that customers aren’t taking advantage of - and explain exactly what there is to love.

You have the freedom to be creative and think out of the box to get a resolution for any and all customer queries.
Whatever the issue, you’ll be the friendly voice on the phone helping to sort it out for our customers.
You won’t need any technical knowledge – we’ll teach you everything you need to know about how to deliver the best customer experience.
Working from home
We understand that work is something you do, not somewhere you go. That's why we strive to provide a flexible workplace where you can enjoy a combination of working from home and office-based working.
After your 4-week full time induction in our office, your working week could look something like this: 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week working from home.
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week 5 days out of 7 on rotational shift patterns between Monday to Sunday 8am – 9pm.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
