Join us as a Customer Service Associate in Business Banking

  • You’ll take accountability to for a portfolio of customers, maintain a good contact strategy and complete customer due diligence checks in-line with internal procedures

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Associate in Business Banking, you’ll manage customer requests and queries in an accurate and timely manner. With excellent communication and rapport building skills, you’ll be able to identify the best service options for our customers.   

You’ll also be:

  • Obtaining and reviewing information from relevant sources to establish plausibility for onboarding small business current accounts
  • Supporting our business objectives
  • Participating in individual feedback sessions and performance conversations
  • Seeking opportunities for continuous professional development
  • Participating in team activities such as coaching less experienced colleagues

The skills you'll need

It’s important that you hold solid work experience within a customer service environment to help deliver outstanding customer service. Through your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll have the ability build valued relationships with a diverse range of people.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to manage risks and follow regulatory, operational and control processes
  • High attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Some knowledge of banking processes, products and services

  • Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
