  • This role comes with a starting salary of £21,555 + 10% Pension funding, and we can consider applicants looking for both Full Time and Part time hours (between 21-35 hours a week)
  • You’ll be provided with full training for this role, which will require a period of up to 6-10 weeks in an office location full time, after which the roles will be on a hybrid basis where there will be a mix of both home and office working

What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be providing crucial support to customers and colleagues . You’ll be responding to and investigating queries, providing support on business processes, policies and procedures and developing an understanding of customer and business needs in order to suggest improvements and increase efficiency and providing them with excellent customer service.

You’ll also be:

  • Working closely with other operational teams, providing coaching and support to increase efficiency and knowledge
  • Keeping accurate records of day to day operations, logging incidents and identifying trends
  • Maintaining a focus on improving our customer service and experiences
  • Identifying barriers to performance and coordinating improvements to enhance our efficiency
  • Reviewing manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent customer service, planning and organisational skills, along with good attention to detail. You’ll perform well under pressure, and be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to analyse and understand performance data
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey information in a simple and understandable way
  • Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
