Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters! Just kidding! We turn to our Customer Service Supervisors when we need advice and leadership.

Our Customer Service Supervisors lead and manage a team of Customer Service Assistants, making sure they know what they're doing from shift to shift and making sure that our clients are happy when they dine with us.

As this is an exciting, brand new site, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to lead the way and make sure that we're exceeding our client's expectations through providing outstanding customer service and food services on site!

Customer Service Supervisor

  • Between £9.63 to £10.13 per hour depending on shift pattern but flexibility is needed

This is an exciting role on a brand new site working with an extremely well-known household name. The Customer Service Supervisor role is a senior position for an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor that has led a team previously.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity where you will be responsible for a team of Customer Service Assistants. No two days will be the same and there's always tasks to complete, but first and foremost, the purpose of the Customer Service Supervisor is to ensure the team is delivering the best food service as possible!

Who you are:

We'd be over the moon if you hold Customer Service Supervisor experience, however, we'll also take someone that has Team Leader or previous leadership experience. If you have catering or hospitality experience, amazing! If not, that's fine, just be sure to wear comfy shoes as the shifts are busy and you'll be constantly on the move!
