Customer Services Driver (HGV)

Location: Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, GB, DL9 3LL

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Customer Services Specialist Driver (HGV Driver) to join the team responsible for enabling vehicles/assets to be efficiently delivered into the repair process, and delivered back to customers after the repair process.

You will provide front of house duties to the site and be a point of contact for the customer. You will also liaise with customers and the planning function to amend the production plans where necessary.

You will also co-ordinate the arrival of vehicles/assets planned for repair, deliver handover/takeover processes/discrepancy reporting and transfer ownership on JAMES system.

This is an excellent opportunity within an interesting and varied role, and in a good working environment. There are opportunities to upskill and gain further licences.

What do I need to do the role?

You will have previous experience within a customer facing role

You will also have excellent communication and organisation skills.

HGV Licence is essentail
