Our Education team, Chartwells is looking for an experienced and talented operational Deputy Catering Manager to join our team in Salisbury. The site is a large, busy site serving breakfast, lunch and supper daily alongside a number of hospitality events.
Managing a large catering team, the successful Deputy Catering Manager will ensure that we are delivering the best catering offering across all areas of the business, What we'll give:

As well as having a hands-on approach to the catering offering, the Deputy Catering Manager will also be responsible for the back-office delivery of weekly reporting, stock control, labour costs, health and safety on site and team training.
