You will be responsible for effectively managing the of house function within the patient dining restaurant. You will ensure that the team are working seamlessly to provide high quality food in a clean and safe environment.
With a large team to manage working across a shift rotation, you will be responsible for ensuring you have the right resource in place at the right time whilst keeping the team motivated and focused to provide the best quality service. The Ideal Candidate
