Deputy Front of House ManagerLocation: EdinburghOverview & Role PurposeA highly motivated driven person with a passion for customer service, a team player with great attention to detail. The key focus for this role will be to create a single visual point of contact for employees and to act as the primary interface between the internal operations of the clients. Providing services to the highest standards as well as representing the clients values in appearance, presentation, and manners. 
  • To promote the company in the most favorable light through the highest levels of personal and professional conduct.
  • To ensure that reception services provide a high-profile role model that reflects Restaurant Associates values, and which sets the tone for everyone entering the clients premises, whether they be staff or visitors.
The successful will need to demonstrate behaviors that promote Restaurant Associates core values and the clients principles to be a fiduciary to their clients.Key Objectives.
  • To assist the General Manager as a main point of contact on all account related activities, priorities, questions, or concerns relating to front of house and hospitality services.
  • To oversee the front of house team to complete all conference room and event booking requests into the required standard. 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager with the delivery of specific Reception. Switchboard, Room Bookings, and Hospitality services within designated areas. Providing a positive, proactive, professional, and seamless link between the building vendor teams, employees and their visitors.  
  • Own the space within your area ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently always delivered.
  • Expectation setting and management of the Customer Experience within the Reception and Hospitality teams.
  • Ensure your team is fully informed about operational updates, processes, and account wide objectives so that they feel informed, involved, and supported.
  • Provide written reports and quality data as required. Tracking all visitors, including vendors, visiting employees and guests and other Front of House and Hospitality metrics.
