Main Responsibilities

As our Deputy Portering Manager, you will manage the day to day portering division at the hospital. You will effectively lead a team of over 200 to deliver contract excellence across those services at the hospital.

  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Ability to assess, instruct and train staff 
  • Knowledge of Portering Services, requirements and specifications with a hospital environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative in decision making 
  • Good leadership skills 
  • Able to work towards targets and deadlines
