We are currently recruiting for a talented Deputy Team Manager to join our Adult Social Care Access Services (Housing Solutions) Team.
Your key focus will be to contribute to and support the development of practice, procedures and policy and the professional development of the team you lead. With an innovative and creative approach, you will ensure the team meet the needs of citizens in relation to their housing needs. You will have overall accountability for the Occupational Therapy practice undertaken by the team and will provide expert information, advice and guidance in complex situations to meet needs and deliver positive outcomes using a strengths based approach.
What you need to do the job:
We are looking for a talented, experienced & qualified Occupational Therapist to join us and continue to develop a workforce which provides care & support with skill, compassion and imagination. You will be mentoring, educating and supporting staff as part of a forward-thinking management team, if you have managerial experience, great, however it is not essential, we can provide training and support for the right person.
