Digital Content Coordinator

As the Digital Content Coordinate for the Metro Bank website, you will be responsible for managing and updating the website. You will also manage the delivery of continuous improvements to website functionality and content (including scope, budget and timelines), identifying and driving the implementation of changes in respond to business needs and industry best practice.

So what would you be doing?...
• Reviewing content requests from across the business and make sure that any changes implemented meet high usability, accessibility and SEO standards, and fit in with the overall website content and design patterns 
• Building strong relationships with key teams across Metro Bank
• Working with stakeholders to translate their needs whilst also incorporating SEO, usability and accessibility principles
• Managing content and producing webpage mockups using a content management system - EpiServer
• Working closely with developers and designers (internal and external), to improve and develop new content and features
• Helping to champion digital guidelines and policies
• Using Google Analytics data to improve our digital assets
• Leading diagnosis and rectification of customer issues
• Taking ownership for the product backlog for the website
• Leading continuous improvements activities for the website, keeping on top of industry trends and identifying areas for improvement

• Naturally, you will have experience working as a Digital Content or Web Coordinator
• We need you to have experience updating web content using content management systems, HTML and CSS
• You need to have experience incorporating the principles of usability, accessibility, marketing along with an understanding of online customer experience
• Digital/web planning experience (i.e. wireframes, style guides) would be beneficial 
• You’ll have an analytical skill set and would be comfortable working with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
