At the Royal Air Forces Association, we understand that providing outstanding childcare is really important to our serving RAF communities. As the charity that supports the RAF family, we’re excited to be recruiting additional staff at RAFA Kidzone, Cranwell.

Due to the popularity of the nursery and an increase in the number of children who attend daily, we have a new position available for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years childcare qualification.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a childcare setting and have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development. You will have designated key worker responsibilities for a number of identified children and you will work closely with the Senco to help identify and support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It is vitally important that you are experienced in keeping and updating records of children’s daily activities and observations and being able to monitor and evaluate processes and report any concerns to the Nursery Manager.
