Tasks and Responsibilities
To source and qualify Ecommerce leads to support the business development team using suite of available sourcing tools

To ensure all non-account customers are dealt with promptly and professionally.

To contact non-account customers to generate fully qualified prospects to help achieve new business targets.

To liaise with all sales channels, customer services and other relevant departments to ensure effective communication on Lead Management.

To ensure all call and prospect targets are met.

To plan and schedule workload to ensure maximum productivity.

To ensure accurate completion of all relevant screens within the sales system.

Ensure all information is captured on non account customers to maximise quality of prospects to support sales channels achieve acquisition targets.

To ensure all aspects of the Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times.

• Experience of inbound or outbound telephone or face to face selling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational ability.
