Kier Utilities work in partnership with Ericsson to deliver reactive, planned maintenance and repair on telephone masts across the UK. We're looking for an enthusiastic Mobile Electrician based in Scotland to provide electrical installations, repairs, maintenance and assistance on all associated electrical equipment. About the Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out minor and major installation projects and reactive callouts, general fault finding and repairs to electrical assets and services. Performing electrical test and inspection works and producing reports is an essential part if this role. Some further responsibilities include undertaking site clearance works; servicing and repairs to air conditioning units; carry out planned and reactive works for fire and intruder system panels and to carry out and hand over site surveys.
You will need to participate in an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core hours. You will be travelling around Scotland and Islands to complete works and may need to stay over where required.
What do we need from you?
We're looking for someone who holds a Full Driving Licence, relevant industry qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2330/2356/2357/2382/2391/AM1 and AM2. Working at height or IPAF/PASMA certification would be beneficial.
