Employee Experience Facilitator- Barnstaple

Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience Facilitator to inform, measure and shape employee experience across the Trust inline with delivery of the People Strategy and plan, working on specific projects and events to improve employee experience and impact culture change throughout the Trust.

About the Role

This role will mainly be home based with occasional travel across the Trust.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the Trust's annual NHS survey and quarterly People Pulse, analysing data, producing reports, disseminating results and monitoring action plans.  The role will measure employee experience through quantitative measures such as, employee surveys and dashboards along with qualitative activities such as focus groups and staff forums.  

This role will also manage areas of the Staff Appreciation and Recognition Scheme, including delivering the staff awards scheme.  The post will be responsible for coordinating annual events including road shows, Team Royal Devon week, and the staff awards celebration ceremony.   

The role will also manage the staff benefits schemes throughout the Trust and further develop schemes available to colleagues.

We are happy to consider part-time applications and support a flexible working pattern.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (part-time and full-time applications will be considered).
