In this role you will provide critical Project Support to the UK&E WFM Centre of Excellence as it delivers an ambitious Enterprise Workforce Solutions Programme (EWS) across the UK and Europe Division. You'll be responsible for providing project and administrative support directly to the Project Managers, in ensuring supporting EWS governance and assurance requirements are met. You'll ensure the EWS implementations are delivered through defined best practice standards and you'll proactively liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate and manage day-to-day implementation/engagement activity. What you'll need to do the role

Firstly, you'll need PMO experience and/or experience of supporting Projects and Programmes. You'll need strong experience in process, tracking and reporting management on behalf of a multi-faceted internal delivery team. You'll need to be customer focussed, both within the WFM Team and across the UK&E Division. You'll need experience working in a matrix organisation providing services across disparate locations, capabilities and stakeholders You'll be comfortable with large amounts of data and operating within a complex environment. You'll have the ability to deliver high quality formal reports and presentations within tight timelines. Lastly, you'll need the ability to communicate across a diverse community of stakeholders with the ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple & changing priorities.
