Then this could be the job for you as an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant (EA) in Children's Services.
About the role
This exciting new EA role will be supporting the New Director of Place and Partnerships to ensure and enable the Director and other SLT members to function with the pace and effectiveness required to deliver outstanding services for our children and families.This role will act as gatekeeper - screening calls, writing emails, researching for papers and projects and managing incoming requests and prioritising the director's time.
What You'll Do:
- Efficient Portfolio Management: You'll skilfully manage, organise, and prioritise the Director's portfolio.Your administrative prowess will ensure seamless diary management, allowing the Director to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Collaborate with senior managers in our dynamic directorate. Your ability to build strong relationships will drive successful outcomes and objectives.
- Deadline Ninja: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by meeting tight deadlines. Your calm demeanour and effective communication will be invaluable.
- Gatekeeper Extraordinaire: As the Director's gatekeeper, you'll expertly handle internal and external stakeholder demands. Your confident telephone manner and discretion will shine.
