What you could be part of…
Our Broadly Active exercise referral scheme forms part of the Early Help Hub and covers South Norfolk and Broadland districts. The Early Help Hub is a multi-agency team of over 37 partners with the joint focus of improving the health and wellbeing of residents. You will be given the tools you need to implement early interventions that prevent resident’s issues escalating and reduce the demand on other public services.

What you’ll be doing…
Deliver a 12 week gym-based referral scheme
Conduct regular health screening and report on the progress of clients
Work closely with hub partners to implement “no wrong door” approach
Build rapport with local surgeries to maintain regular flow of referrals
Work with clients to ensure their exercise routine continues post-intervention
Work to KPIs set to ensure scheme viability
You must have…
You must have a level three exercise referral qualification and experience of working in a leisure/fitness environment. A proven track record of maintaining a client base in a group training environment would also be preferable.
