The Role – Facilities Administrator


Pinnacle Group are hiring for an Administrator to join us on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. You will assist in ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative tasks are completed whilst also focusing on daily client and staff engagement, quality output control and compliance.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • To have knowledge and understanding of contract compliance in terms of specification and KPIs to ensure effective day to day delivery

  • To ensure compliance with corporate and site-specific health and safety plans.

  • To maintain absolute confidentiality of any information obtained on the company and its personnel

  • Assist with Finance duties including raising invoices, chasing outstanding PO’s

  • Send work schedules to the client and contract managers

  • Take stock orders from staff

  • Order any cleaning stock or office stock

  • Keep up to date records of vehicle information – registrations, driver names, make and model, MOT dates, diesel or petrol, etc

  • Ensure drivers have the correct fuel cards, keep records of fuel card numbers.


Required Skills

  • To be computer literate, fluent in the use of the internet, Word and Excel

  • GCSE standard in Maths & English

  • Full Driving Licence
