We're currently recruiting a dedicated Area Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
         Manage cleaning and security employees working at multiple client locations across the Midlands
         Organise and manage cover for staff absence
         Ensure staff have stock, equipment, uniform and PPE to complete their duties
         Positive engagement with site clients to ensure great customer service
         Deliver monthly toolbox talks, training sessions, inductions and welfare checks
         Complete site audits and compliance checks
         Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Essential Requirements
  • Full driving licence
  • Previous experience supervising frontline employees
  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Client focused
  • Team player with can-do attitude
Desirable
  • Hold an SIA licence (Not essential)
