Salary (Grade H3): £38,587 to £50,296 per annum, plus £2,166 per annum London Weighting.

Full-time, permanent

Due to internal restructure, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to join the finance team supporting Campus Services. Campus Services includes Commercial Services and Estates. The portfolio is varied and includes retail, sports, halls of residencies, hotel, utilities, repairs and maintenance and the estate. This is a critical role that will partner with the Director of Campus Services and the Finance Director in delivering the business’s strategic goals. Working in partnership with stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.    

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be qualified with a CCAB body. Detailed knowledge of planning, budgeting a forecasting as well as significant experience of complex analysis and scenario modelling is essential.

The ideal candidate will be confident, deadline driven, proactive and possess the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will be a driven individual who strives to deliver process improvements. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and can work independently as well as in part of a team.
