Finance Team Leader 

Canary Wharf
£37700 (DOE) 
We are looking for a talented Finance professional to join our team at Restaurant Associates! As the Finance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading the finance administration function. Your responsibilities will include assigning day-to-day activities to the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of weekly and periodic bookwork. This role is pivotal in supporting the team to make well-informed financial decisions
Could you bring your Spark to RA, here is what you need to know: responsibilities include: 
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 administrators
  • Manage nexus/bookwork inputting for multiple units
  • Support and challenge unit managers on information being provided  
  • Support in month end activity and analysis
  • Analyse sales and transaction data and summarise key trends
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Create presentations on request
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required
  • Manage general admin activity and processing of invoices
 Our Ideal finance Team Leader: 
  • Sound understanding of key commercial financial principles
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate and present information in a clear and concise way
  • Excellent time management and communication
  • Comfortable developing and working with complex spreadsheets inc pivot tables and look-ups as well as other Microsoft office packages - ie word, PowerPoint
  • Self motivated
  • High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven work experience in a Finance team leader position or a similar role
  • Team Player
