Front of House Team Leader

  • To provide a highly efficient and proactive service to our client, its employees, and their clients. 
  • To ensure that reception services provide a high-profile role model that reflects Restaurant Associates and the client's values, and which sets the tone for everyone entering the premises, whether they be staff or visitors.
  • Assist the General Manager with the delivery of specific Reception. Switchboard, Room Bookings, and Hospitality services within designated areas of BlackRock. Providing a positive, proactive, professional, and seamless link between the building vendor teams, BlackRock employees and their visitors.  
  • Own the space within your area ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently always delivered.
  • Expectation setting and management of the Customer Experience within the Reception and Hospitality teams.
  • Ensure your team is fully informed about operational updates, processes, and account wide objectives so that they feel informed, involved, and supported.
  • Provide written reports and quality data as required - Tracking all visitors, including vendors, visiting employees and guests and other Front of House and Hospitality metrics. 
  • Remain aware of relevant hygiene, health and safety policies and fire regulation
  • To record and report via AIR3 all accidents, incidents, and near misses
  • To ensure all equipment is well maintained and is in good working order.
  • All required risk assessments are completed for both you and direct reports.
Who you are:

Our Ideal FOH team Leader will have: 

  • Passion about customer experience, with a high attention to detail
  • Flexible and proactive - a problem solver.
  • Experienced in working within a Front of House or Reception environment ideally gained within a corporate or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Ability to build positive relations with colleagues, guests, and clients. A strong team player with a commitment to support their colleagues.
  • Able to work off their own initiative and with minimal direction.
  • Computer Literate - good understanding and working knowledge of office software.
  • Communication - good level of written and oral communications skills.
  • Deliver clear and concise messages and identify mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Proven track record of achievement.
