E15 is the Compass UK & Ireland Data & Analytics capability that comprising of data professionals working  across our business sectors.   We build state-of-the-art data products that make data and analytics a significant driver of competitive advantage in each of our businesses, creating value for clients, colleagues and suppliers to enhance growth, margin and efficiency within our business processes.

Our E15 graduate program is creating the next generation of data scientists & engineers and analysts that will pioneer the use of data, analytics and artificial intelligence to revolutionise how data is used in the hospitality industry.

This opportunity is a two-year program with a six month rotations where you will experience roles based in our sector in our central insights teams.  

You will be responsible for helping to:

- Build both client facing and internal data products that drive actionable insights into our business to improve our services.
- Deliver data that drives efficiencies in our supply chain and optimises our cost base.
- Build the data pipelines and transformations that make data available and accessible across our business.
- Build models and data products that are used in all of our sector businesses to drive revenue, margin and optimise cost.   

We are looking for individuals with a passion for data and analytics who are looking to launch their careers with a bang!   

You should have an educational background in computing, mathematics or engineering disciplines where you have developed a keen analytical mindset with a willingness to learn that can be combined with a commercial mindset to help us make data work for our business, having graduates within the last 2 years.

We want to hear from candidates that have a good working knowledge of SQL, Excel VBA or Above (Above = R) & Python.  

We would want to see that you have worked on a project that either manipulates or socialises data as part of your course or recent work history.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a concise manner.
