Group Manager
£40,000 - £43,000 per annum (DOE)
Mobile working role, 5 days over 7. 

We are seeking a Group Manager to join our Eurest team. This role will oversee a team of unit managers providing a food service within our client's premises in North East of England and Scotland.

As the Group Manager you will need to be energetic, innovative, professional and strategically driven to properly plan for the business needs. You will oversee 21 sites across the North East and Scotland providing workplace feeding and vending where you will exceed customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. This role involves developing and leading a team of managers and their teams, as well as managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets
  • Adherence to all client and company Policies
  • Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
  • Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
  • Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI's, identify and help develop continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Achievement of financial budgets
  • Training and development of all employees
  • Assist in the development of strategies for growth and retention
  • Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies
Who you are:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience multi-site management level
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Valid driving license and active driver
  • Ability to work flexibly & remotely with multi site operational experience
  • Experience in driving a business forward building relationships with clients
  • Successful implementation of any change programmes to deliver operational benefits 
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills  
  • Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L
  • Excellent management skills
  • Have a proven track record of delivering client / customer satisfaction through their teams
