Group Soft Services Manager 

Up to £46,000 per annum

Predominantly Monday to Friday but service checks and employee engagement will be required across all shift patterns. 


We are looking for an experienced Group Soft Services Manager to join our team to cover 3 sites within the contract in Oldham, Glossop and Manchester where experience in directly managing Catering, Security and Cleaning services is essential.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • To manage the provision of services across the contract and to have overall to have responsibility for the delivery of services provided.
  • Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
  • To develop and lead a team within the group contract ensuring exceptional service to our clients and to manage the employee life cycle. 
  • To have a full knowledge of all areas of work to be covered in the course of duty in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Ensuring 100% statutory compliance is maintained at all times
  • To manage safely all daily activities and adhere to the authority to work process
  • To adhere to all company and client dictated local procedures, policies and instructions
Who you are 
  • A minimum of 2 years multi-site management experience within a Facilities Management business required.
  • Experience of Soft Facilities Management inc. Catering, Cleaning and Security essential 
  • Experience in water provision ideal.
  • SIA Licence holder desirable or able to qualify.
  • IOSH desirable.
  • Experience in a blue collar environment desirable.
  • Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
