The Role:

As our Handyperson your role will be key to supporting the delivery of an FM Technical Services solution for our prestigious client London Fire Rescue Service.

As an integral member of the operations team, your main duties will be to team up with staff to do all 2 man works. When not undertaking 2 man works you will be expected to carry out all water hygiene recording of ppm on site. This role can expect some degree of onsite learning to help teach you the role further and to take on further responsibility. This is a mobile role that covers up to 45 sites within the south of London.

Who are we looking for?

This role requires someone with previous experience in a similar role, either newly qualified, looking to become qualified or straight out of an apprenticeship. You will preferably have water hygiene training; however, this can be something the successful applicant can be trained up on. You will have the capability to attempt light plumbing repairs and general lamp replacement.

You will need to have outstanding communication skills and a can-do attitude, alongside some experience within the building services/ facilities management sector.
