Job Description

As our Executive Head Chef, you will supervise a team of 10 of and will be responsible for making the administrative decisions for the restaurant.

Your job will involve creating menus, designing new dishes and ensuring a high quality of food is delivered from the kitchen to the customer.

A modern event venue on the edge of the Cotswolds, Alexandra House provides contemporary spaces for meetings and conferences. Our countryside location lets us create a separate world for your event so your guests can focus on fully participating in the day you've planned.

Our stylish contemporary space is a popular choice for weddings, birthdays and other big celebrations. With 152 bedrooms and 16 conference spaces, our venue offers facilities similar to a hotel, providing comfortable, classic bedrooms with modern amenities, a well-designed conference and event venue and on-site catering.

Our kitchens use local, seasonal produce to provide delicious meals for every occasion, from a wedding breakfast to a working lunch.

More about the role:

As our Executive Head Chef, you will need proven experience of working in a leadership role in a large kitchen, you will be responsible for a brigade of 10.

You will showcase extensive experience in department planning, training, purchasing, finance management, innovation, menu development & HACCP are all essential elements for this senior role.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the catering for large conferences, weddings and events.
