Head of Coffee

Are you passionate about coffee and ready to take your career to the next level?

We're hiring a Head of Coffee for a dynamic, fast-paced business in Canary Wharf. You'll lead a team of 8+, manage multiple coffee brands, and shape the future of coffee experiences across the company. You will report into the central Head of Coffee and be a key influence across the wider business.

Monday to Friday 

Salary £35000 - £40000 (DOE) 

What you'll do:

• Manage 1 account with several locations within it's unit
• Develop and coach your barista teams to build technical skills, passion and pride
• Champion coffee quality across multiple brands
• Engage with every customer as if they're the first of the day!

What we're looking for:

• Confident, charismatic leader with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong people management experience in a high-footfall coffee environment
• Passionate about coffee and customer experience
• Ready to challenge the status quo and influence business direction
