What You'll Do:
  • Build and manage the onsite pastry team, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation.
  • Innovate and create new menu items for fine dining, brasserie & retail. ensuring seasonal and creative variety.
  • Manage stock levels, costs, and budgets to align with business goals.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior staff to support their professional growth.
