Along with our partners we are delighted to have been selected by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to deliver the Restart employability programme in 2 Contract Packages in West Central (Black Country, Coventry, Greater Birmingham and Solihull, The Marches and Worcestershire) and across all of Wales.
As part of our Restart programme we will support participants on their journey to finding sustainable employment, enabling them to progress towards a more secure future. The Restart programme will help people who have been unemployed for between 12 and 18 months get back into work, including those whose prospects for securing employment have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Health, Wellbeing & Safeguarding Lead will design and deliver Health & Wellbeing workshops for our Employment, Skills and Enterprise contract including Supply Chain Partners & participants. You will assist in producing digital materials as well as facilitating specialist training such as Modern Slavery and safeguarding.
What you'll need to do the role:
- We are looking for someone that has a background in wellbeing
- Hold a training qualification such as Resilience or Mental Health First Aid
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Strong organisational skills and able to work on multiple activities at the same time
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to take initiative to deliver an outcome
- Ability to work in a team and to proactively support the team in their duties
- You will have a proven track record in the development of health and wellbeing policies strategies
You must also be willing to travel.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
