What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 13 hours per week.
As a Helpdesk Operator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of helpdesk services within a busy healthcare setting. Your key responsibilities will include:
Undertaking telephone calls in a busy Hospital Helpdesk
Responsible for ensuring all tasks are logged accurately and allocated to correct operative
Ensuring all calls are answered promptly, politely and professionally
Ensuring all tasks are closed off in a timely manner
Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Have previous experience within a similar role either in Customer Service or Call Centre environment
Have excellent communicational and IT Skills
