Home First & Reablement Practice and Learning Facilitator

Working alongside the Reablement lead and professional colleagues the post holder will devise and deliver training opportunities through a range of mediums to support induction programmes and on-going continuous professional development.

The successful post holder will have experience in training, and work place staff performance management, utilising a range of metrics and IT capabilities. Applicants will be strong communicators across a range of diverse staff groups and have a proven record of continuous professional development. A UK driving license and access to a car is essential, and agile working will enable you to access all the localities across the County.
