Job Description

  • Understand and deliver all contractual terms 

  • Support your line manager in the effective liaison with the client to ensure the continual development of the partnership  

  • Communicate regularly with client (as agreed) 

  • Action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys 

  • Promote the unit and act as a Compass Advocate at all time 

  • Demonstrates knowledge of food and beverage operations with a focus on innovation, standards and market awareness

More about the role:

Manage the day to day workflow within the team  

Monitor and record sickness and lateness  

Lead by example in all aspects of work  

Induct all new and casual members of the team into their work  

Organise cover for absence and busy periods by utilising the team  

Build good relations with other departments  

Address poor performance promptly and share best practice  

Share knowledge with the team of long standing clients, VIP's and senior members of the team  

  • Acknowledge and treat all customers and clients in a polite and professional manner  

  • Address all comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action  

  • Ensure the team provide an efficient and timely service ensuring discretion at all times  

  • Create a sense of urgency for each service  

  • Ensure all aspects of the hospitality service are achieved to a consistent standard
