We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of the operations and ensure we deliver the best guest experience possible.

This role offers variable shifts with some evenings and weekend work required.

 Your key responsibilities will include:
  Welcoming guests
  Taking orders
  Providing recommendations
  Ensuring customer satisfaction
  Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  Ensuring accurate preparation and quality
  Taking orders from customers at the bar and from servers
  Delivering food and drinks efficiently
  Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions
  Managing tabs
  Ensuring proper record-keeping
  Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area
  Cleaning glasses
  Restocking supplies
  Managing inventory
  May include checking ID for age verification
  Assisting with other bar duties
  Potentially serving food
 
 Our ideal Waiter/Waitress will:
  Ability to interact with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
  Familiarity with different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, recipes, and preparation methods.
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  Accurate handling of cash transactions and managing tabs.
  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring physical activity.
  Ensuring accurate drink preparation, maintaining a clean bar, and adhering to safety protocols.
  Previous experience in a cocktail bar or restaurant environment is often preferred.
  Must be able to verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
  Understanding of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
