Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
  • Create and execute high-quality, fine dining menus
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen stock and reduce food waste
  • Mentor and train junior chefs
  • Maintain the highest standards of food presentation and quality
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have previous experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining or hospitality
  • Be creative and passionate about delivering exceptional food
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
