The Hospitality Supervisor will thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities. You are drawn to satisfaction from providing the highest level of client and customer service and assist in the smooth operation of the Hospitality function.

Key Responsibilities;
- To ensure that the team are delivering the highest level of customer care at all times
- To lead a culture of can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- To check on daily standards delivered by the hospitality team and communicate all relevant business information, training, and requirements to the team.
- To place orders with nominated suppliers
- To actively gain customer feedback, passing the information onto your line manager.
- Always look for opportunities to develop service and be committed to continuous improvements.
- To ensure that you and the team are aware of, and meet the legal and Company requirements for fire, safety, health and hygiene.
- To ensure the rooms are set-up according to the details on EMS and are ready for service.
- To liaise with the Head Chef on matters pertaining to service.
- Handle and store all equipment and cleaning materials carefully, avoiding breakages and waste.
- To ensure that all cleaning duties as detailed on the weekly schedule.
- To ensure that all Food Safety records are completed accurately.
- Responding to customer requests.
- Awareness of and adherence to Compass Environmental policy and procedures.

- Have a successful background in a similar environment.
- People management experience
- Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
