Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Homer Road, Solihull/Hybrid

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records through the employee life cycle. You will be preparing and amending documents where necessary and processing large volumes of employee and organisational data. You will be able to communicate with customers and maintain high levels of customer service while maintaining SLA's.

 


What you need to do the job

 

Firstly, you will have experience working in an administration role with high levels of processing and full employee life cycle knowledge. You will have knowledge of employment terms and conditions as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organised and comfortable working in a team who are continuously improving to manage changing business needs. Lastly, you will have experience working in a HR shared service environment.
