You will provide administrative support within the HR Department and provide guidance and support to staff in respect of employment for specific departments within the College working alongside an HR Officer. You must have a Level 3 qualification (e.g. Certificate in Personal Practice), or an apprenticeship in HR, or willingness to obtain. You must have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C,9-4) or equivalent and proven recent experience of working in an office environment.
