The ICT service desk is the gateway into Staffordshire ICT, supporting the council’s workforce of staff, volunteers and partners to ensure optimal use of ICT services. Using analytical problem solving skills, the post holder will make use of corporate standards, best practice and established industry standards in order to achieve the objectives of the unit.
The successful candidate should be experienced in similar roles and customer focused, reliable, and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and share knowledge whilst being able to remain calm in a fast-paced support environment.
