What you'll do

As a Journey Developer, Debt Sale Analyst, you’ll support the execution of our debt sale strategy, along with our journeys backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise. On top of this, you’ll be delivering, consolidating and automating all business performance and proposition activities that keep the customer journey running seamlessly.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Supporting all debt sale activities
  • Designing, executing and reviewing ad-hoc data projects
  • Monitoring activity across the journeys portfolio and actively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Understanding potential changes and translating these to business processes in order to establish the changes or improvements needed

The skills you'll need

You’ll be an experienced data analyst with an understanding of retail banking products. Additionally, you’ll have knowledge of critical Agile capabilities and ways of working.

We’ll also expect:

  • Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas through Agile ways of working
  • A proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
  • An understanding of the debt sale process
  • Strong demonstrable experience of SQL and SAS
  • An awareness of data governance
  • Experience in using business analysis tools and methodologies, in particular Excel, Tableau, Snowflake and Python
  • Knowledge of developing business and technical architectures
