Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation on Nexus
  • Daily sales transaction to the system
  • Update Daily sales and Transactions on café sales tracker.
  • Monitor free issue order and update the tracker.
  • Weekly Free issue analysis and budget control
  • Weekly stock balance checking and input it to system/portal.
  • Month end stock transfer
  • Weekly/monthly AP invoice reconciliation
  • Month end AP accrual
  • Preparing Free Issue monthly spending report
  • Error purchase reconciliation and updating file based on Spending report.
  • Office admin duties such as processing orders, asset register
  • Other tasks assigned by Finance manager.
  • Agency labour reconciliation weekly 
  • Customer weekly refund report checking 
  • Monitor PCI portal update weekly with unit managers and checking PEDs 
  • Preparing free issue monthly spending report 
  • Month end AP Accrual

About You:
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong background in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in handling invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Skilled in managing daily sales transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records across various systems.
  • Adept at analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
  • Experienced in controlling budgets and performing financial analyses.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial protocols and regulations
